'NBA 2K15' video game honors former Baylor standout Austin

BY Shawn Ramsey • December 16, 2014

In June, it was revealed former Baylor star Isaiah Austin's basketball career would end due to his diagnosis of Marfan syndrome.

The NBA honored the young college standout by 'drafting' him in June, and commissioner Adam Silver offered Austin a job with the association with the stipulation that he finish his degree at Baylor.

Now, the popular video game "NBA 2K15" is taking its turn to commend the would-be top draft pick by including him as a free agent.

Goggles and all, the guys over at 2K Sports gives virtual players the chance to add Austin on to any team in the game.
