DEL MAR, Calif. (AP) My Monet held off Kiss at Midnight by a half-length Sunday at Del Mar in the $100,000 Betty Grable Stakes for older California-bred fillies and mares.
Ridden by Santiago Gonzalez for trainer Ricky Agarie, the 4-year-old My Monet ran seven furlongs in 1:23.16 for her sixth victory in 19 races. The filly paid $6.80, $4 and $3 and earned $57,000 to push her career total to $335,830.
Kiss at Midnight returned $4.20 and $2.60, and Ashley's Sassy paid $6.40 to show.
