Miss Frost goes wire-to-wire in $100K Riskaverse at Saratoga

Miss Frost led from start to finish in a 4 3/4-length victory Friday in the $100,000 Riskaverse at Saratoga Race Course.

Ridden by Hall of Fame jockey Edgar Prado, the daughter of two-time Horse of the Year Curlin, ran a mile on the inner turf course in 1:34.58 and paid $8.80, $4.60 and $2.90 as the 3-1 second choice in a field of eight 3-year-old fillies.

Fashion Fund returned $4.90 and $3.10, and 8-5 favorite Granny Mc's Kitten paid $2.60 to show.

It was the third straight win and second consecutive stakes victory for Miss Frost. She earned $60,000 to push her career bankroll to $241,052 in 10 starts.
