A complete listing of the Milwaukee Brewers' 2015 MLB Draft picks with a capsule summary of each.
Round 1, pick 15 -- OF Trent Clark (6-0, 205), Richland (Tex.) H.S.: In drafting Clark, the Brewers went with the best available player on their board. Clark was thought of by many scouts as one of the best prep hitters in the draft. He burst onto the scene with an impressive performance for the under-18 Team USA team during the Pan American Championships last fall, where he hit .565 with three home runs and 20 RBI in just eight games. He will begin his professional career in center field by may move to a corner spot down the road. Clark, ranked as the No. 10 overall prospect in the draft by Baseball America and No. 12 by MLB.com, is committed to Texas Tech University.
Competitive Balance Round A, pick 40 -- LHP Nathan Kirby (6-2, 200), University of Virginia: Brewers area scout Dan Nellum has known Kirby since he was a sophomore in high school. He became the Cavaliers' No. 1 starter as a sophomore and was named co-ACC pitcher of the year and a first-team All-American by numerous outlets. Kirby has been limited to just 10 starts as a junior due to a strained lat muscle suffered in late April. There's a chance he returns to pitch for Virginia in the College World Series.
