The Phoenix Mercury on Monday announced their 2012 broadcast schedule featuring 10 televised contests, including six home games and four road games, between local FOX Sports Arizona channels and WNBA national broadcasts.

Fans also can watch every Mercury game via LiveAccess on phoenixmercury.com, with the exception of nationally televised games and potential ESPN blackouts, which will be archived for later viewing.

FOX Sports Arizona and FOX Sports Arizona Plus will broadcast seven Mercury games this season, including the team’s home opener on May 26 against the Los Angeles Sparks. Tip-off for that matchup is set for 7 p.m.

FOX Sports Arizona’s docket also includes road games against reigning Eastern Conference champion Atlanta (May 31), defending WNBA champion Minnesota (June 27) and perennial East power Indiana (Sept. 9). The other three televised games are against Los Angeles on July 10, San Antonio on Aug. 19 and Minnesota on Sept. 21.

The Mercury will appear on national TV three times, beginning with the club’s regular-season opener against the Lynx May 20 on ABC at 9:30 a.m. Arizona time and concluding with the regular-season finale September 23 against Seattle on ESPN2.

The Mercury will also be a featured game as part of ESPN’s celebration of the 40th anniversary of Title IX when they host the Sparks on June 23 at 6 p.m.

Fans can purchase single-game tickets starting at $10 online at phoenixmercury.com, by phone at 602-252-WNBA, at the US Airways Center ticket office and at all Ticketmaster outlets.
