ATLANTA -- Angel McCoughtry scored 18 points and had plenty of help as the Atlanta the Dream rolled to an 85-62 win over the New York Liberty on Friday night for their sixth straight victory.

Five Atlanta players scored in double figures even though playing time was limited for starters in the fourth quarter as the Dream took a 70-53 lead into the final period. Tiffany Hayes finished with 16 points for Atlanta (9-3), rookie reserve guard Shoni Shimmel scored 14, Erika de Souza had 11 and Aneika Henry 10.

Former Georgia Tech standout Alex Montgomery led New York (3-10) with 11 points and DeLisha Milton-Jones had 10. The Liberty lost their fifth straight.

New York's leading scorers, Tina Charles (averaging 17.3 points per game) and Cappie Pondexter (15.9), were held to six points each on a combined 6-for-20 shooting. That was a season low for Charles.
