Lightning sign 2012 pick G Andrei Vasilevskii to entry-level deal

The Tampa Bay Lightning have signed goalie Andrei Vasilevskii to a three-year entry-level deal, general manager Steve Yzerman announced Tuesday.

Vasilevskii, standing 6-foot-3 and weighing 203 pounds, was the 19th overall pick in the 2012 draft and the first goaltender selected.

The 19-year-old played 28 games in the Kontinental Hockey League in Russia this season, going 14-8 with a 2.21 goals-against average and a .923 save percentage.
