TAMPA, Fla. -- The Tampa Bay Lightning recalled center Vladislav Namestnikov from the American Hockey League's Syracuse Crunch on Tuesday.

Namestnikov, 22, has three goals and seven points in 23 games with Tampa Bay this season. He made his season debut with the Lightning on Oct. 9 in an overtime victory over the Florida Panthers, and he last appeared with them in a shootout loss to the Buffalo Sabres on Dec. 2.

Namestnikov's addition comes after center Tyler Johnson left Monday's 7-3 loss to the Philadelphia Flyers with a lower-body injury. Defenseman Victor Hedman also sustained a lower-body injury in the defeat. Johnson played into the second period, and Hedman wasn't seen after the first.
