Tim Duncan and LeBron James will go down as two of the greatest players in NBA history.

But despite their battles on the court, James and Duncan have always showed respect.

They've faced each other three times in the Finals with Duncan holding a 2-1 edge. And there could be another rematch this season.

Following another hard-fought game in San Antonio this week, James posted a heartfelt message to Duncan.

Don't know how many times we got left to go against one another but I've never have and I never will take them for...
