It's well known that Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James is a Johnny Manziel supporter.

After Tuesday night's win over the Toronto Raptors, James gave a well-timed nod to the newly-minted Cleveland Browns starting quarterback in what he wore as he spoke to reporters.

Once most of the horde of media dispersed from James' locker, he was asked again about the shirt as he put on a hoodie over it, and then did a quick Manziel "money sign" before exiting the locker room.

Back in May, Manziel posted to Instagram a photo of James doing Manziel's "signature move" in the same Nike-made shirt James wore Tuesday.

Manziel is signed with LRMR, a marketing firm led by James associate and friend Maverick Carter. Both Manziel and James have endorsement deals with Nike, and the pair teamed up for a McDonald's commercial earlier this year.

The Browns named Manziel the starter for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals on Tuesday. FOX Sports NFL Insider Jay Glazer first reported the news.
