The Lakers announced Wednesday that they have signed forward Elias Harris to a multi-year contract, and the terms of which were not released. The team can only offer him a minimum deal next season, per their salary cap constraints.

Yahoo! Sports first reported the signing on July 26, and Harris comes to the Lakers as an undrafted rookie out of Gonzaga University.

Harris, 24, played four seasons at Gonzaga, from 2009-13, where he was named to the All-WCC team twice. Once considered one of the top junior players in Germany, he has played for the German national team.

Last season at Gonzaga, Harris averaged 14.6 points, 7.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 27.8 minutes per game. He played on the Lakers' summer league squad in Las Vegas, averaging 10.2 points and 5.6 rebounds in five games.

With the addition of Harris, the Lakers now have 12 players on their 2013-14 roster, with second-round pick Ryan Kelly expected to be No. 13.
