No Damien James? No worries.

The No. 20 Texas Longhorns (4-1) may have already filled the gap James left after moving on to the NBA.

Sophomore forward Jordan Hamilton has been on an absolute rampage through five games this season and has the Longhorns already looking like true Big 12 title contenders.

The 6-7, 220-pound California native currently leads the entire Big 12 conference in scoring averaging 24.6 points per game. Hamilton is 13-for-28 (.464 percent) shooting from beyond the arc, seventh in the Big 12 in 3-point shooting percentage.
