It’s gotta be the hair.
Former UFC multi-division contender and current FOX Sports personality Kenny Florian popped the question to his girlfriend, the lovely Clark Gilmer, on Monday and Gilmer said yes. Florian posted a photo of the surprise proposal on Instagram.
Along with the picture of him on one knee and her freaking out, Florian wrote: “Had quite a few ninjas who helped me with this secret operation, a BIG thank you to you all who made this proposal a success! A master ninja, @James_law1 snapped some amazing photos. Here's one of them that captured @ClarkGilmer in the moment. I love this girl so much but it didn't stop me from 'punking her'.”
Florian, 37, last fought in 2011, a UFC featherweight title fight loss to Jose Aldo, who will defend that very title Saturday at UFC 169 against Ricardo Lamas in Newark. Retirement has been pretty good to Florian. "The Ultimate Fighter 1" alum acts as a color commentator on UFC broadcasts, a studio analyst for others and co-hosts "UFC Tonight" with Chael Sonnen.
Gilmer, 25, is a model and actress. She’s appeared on "America’s Next Top Model", "Millionaire Matchmaker" and even had a role in the Academy Award-winning film "Argo".
Gilmer wrote this on Instagram: “He PROPOSED!!!! My lover and best friend @kennyflorian sliding the ring on. And I'm just losing it.”
Yeah, we’d say KenFlo is doing just fine for himself.
