How do you spend your first offseason following an appearance in the Super Bowl? Well, if it’s up to Colin Kaepernick, it’s in the weight room. The Niners franchise QB posted a picture of himself doing some power cleans on Monday afternoon using his Instagram account @kaepernick7. Let’s just say he wasn’t pushing around baby weight. “While everyone else worries about what I do I simply keep my head down and stay on my grind! #lightwork,” he posted on the account. Kaepernick set the bar high in his first year as a starter. Although he led San Francisco to its first Super Bowl appearance in over a decade, Kaepernick has been adamant the only thing he’ll be able to remember from his breakout season is it “not being good enough.”
