The Diamondbacks will pay tribute to Joe Garagiola with a special ceremony prior to Monday night's game vs. the New York Yankees at Chase Field.

The former big league catcher and broadcaster died on March 23 at the age of 90.

The ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. and will include a video tribute and appearances by Garagiola's children -- Joe Jr. and Steve Garagiola and Gina Bridgeman, FOX Sports Arizona announcer Bob Brenly, former New York Yankees manager Joe Torre, Yogi Berra's granddaughter Lindsay Berra and the sisters of the St. Peter Indian Mission school.

The ceremony will feature the unveiling of the "Joe" emblem above the left-field grandstands. Fans will be able to purchse the "JOE" logo patch that adorns the sleeves of D-backs uniforms at the D-backs Authentics stand near Section 134, with all proceeds benefiting St. Peter Indian Mission.
