Jim Ross talks past and present WWE, those dub videos the blogosphere loves and more
Jim Ross isn't with the WWE anymore, but he's busier than ever.
The legendary wrestling broadcaster recently joined "The Buzz" podcast to talk about his life after the WWE, his new role with FOXSports.com, his one-man show, his new podcast and much more.
The man who was a longtime member of WWE's creative team discussed current news, such as CM Punk's departure, the rise of Daniel Bryan and the new WWE network, as well as what it was like to be such an integral part of the company during The Rock/Stone Cold Steve Austin days.
"I think people think the only call I ever made was 15 years ago in that Hell in the Cell match, but there were others."
However, he later added that people should keep making those videos.
What was going through Ross' head during that incident?
"I was scared. I thought it was impossible for anybody to survive that fall."
Ross also shared his thoughts on whether he's called his last match.
"I would love to call a match at WrestleMania. If I was being greedy, I'd love to call anything the Undertaker does at WrestleMania until he's no longer doing it. But without sounding overly pessimistic, I just don't see that happening. I hope I'm wrong. I'm ready to go do it. But I do think somewhere along the way, I'm gonna broadcast something."
