J.J. Watt participated in throwback Thursday a little early, though after seeing the photo, you may wish he hadn't.
Late Wednesday night, the Houston Texans' defensive end posted a photo of the nastiest bruise I've ever seen.

Apparently, he received it during the first half of the Texans-Bills game this past season.
It's no surprise the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year sacrifices his body to make plays for his team, but seriously. What did he do to get that?!
