J.J. Watt hit the gym at 3 a.m. on night after finalizing huge contract, gets locked out
Pro Bowl defensive end J.J. Watt celebrated his record-making contract extension with the Houston Texans on Tuesday by showing up at the team's training facility at 3 in the morning. Watt couldn't sleep.
Only problem is, the gym's doors were locked. According to the Houston Chronicle, Watt thought the team had pranked him by changing the entry codes and couldn't get in until a janitor opened the door for him.
Let this man work out so he can continue eating offensive linemen and quarterbacks!
Hours earlier, on Monday, Watt and the Texans agreed to a six-year extension worth $100 million, with nearly $52 million in guarantees.
In July, after teammates teased Watt for eschewing a personal life to focus solely on football, Watt responded as follows:

“Money doesn’t motivate me, greatness does,” Watt said at his press conference Tuesday after officially inking the deal.
Well, now he's got the money, too.
Watt also got a bit emotional at the podium. “I’m getting a little choked up, I’m sorry," he said. "I mean, it’s a big deal. I want to go out there and try to (pretend) like I’m underpaid."
Opponents will have to pretend like they're not lined up across from one of the fiercest defensive ends in the league, one who has probably never seen a single episode of "Breaking Bad," or any serial drama for that matter.
