'Inside the HEAT: Preseason Special' premieres Oct. 22 on Sun Sports

MIAMI -- FOX's Sun Sports, the regional television home of the Miami HEAT, announced the network will debut an all-new episode of "Inside the HEAT" in anticipation of the start of the regular season on Wednesday, Oct. 29 vs. the Washington Wizards.

Premiering at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 22, "Inside the HEAT: Preseason Special" will provide viewers statewide with an all-access preview of the upcoming season, which is set to feature a returning core of determined, fan-favorite veteran players alongside new faces. The show begins with a behind the scenes tour of 2014-15 HEAT media day through the eyes of HEAT co-captain Udonis Haslem. From there, Sun Sports HEAT host and in-game reporter Jason Jackson will take fans overseas as the HEAT travel to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for the HEAT's participation in the NBA Global Games, which aimed to help spread the game of basketball worldwide. Finally, play-by-play announcer Eric Reid and color analyst Tony Fiorentino take a comprehensive look around the league and what to expect this season.
