Foster, the Houston Texans' running back, posted this photo to his Instagram page without any explanation, but it looks like a hyperbaric chamber, a device that delivers oxygen in high ratios.
It is not uncommon for athletes to use them to help recover from injuries. Foster is recovering from a strained calf muscle.
