The Cleveland Indians Monday announced the following roster moves relative to the major-league roster:

- Recalled RHP Mark Lowe (#54) from Triple-A Columbus.

- Optioned LHP T.J. House to Triple-A Columbus.

Lowe, 31, has spent most of the season with the Columbus Clippers where he has compiled a mark of 1-1 with 9 saves (10 chances) and a 3.48 ERA in 20 relief appearances (20.2IP, 17H, 9R/8ER, 8BB, 30K, .215 avg.). Since April 29, he owns an ERA of 0.79 (11.1IP, 5H, 2R/1ER, 19K) at Triple-A and has limited hitters to a .167 (4-24) mark with runners in scoring position for the year. Lowe, who was signed by Cleveland on April 3 as a Minor League free agent, was with Cleveland from May 22-June 1 where he posted a 2.08 ERA in 4 games (4.1IP, 5H, 5R/1ER, 5BB/3-intBB, 5K).

House recorded a 4.88 ERA in 6 games/5 starts (27.2IP, 35H, 16R/15ER) with Cleveland over two stints beginning on May 16.
