Indians, Napoli & T-shirt company donate $120K from Party at Napoli's shirts
Cleveland, OH— The Cleveland Indians, first baseman Mike Napoli, fan Nate Crowe and T-shirt company 108 Stitches will donate a combined $120,000 in proceeds from sales of “Party at Napoli’s” T-shirts to Cleveland Clinic Children’s and VeloSano in a pregame ceremony on Sunday afternoon.
The shirts grew in popularity after Crowe, a Tribe Season Ticket Holder, brought a “Party at Napoli’s” sign to an early season game. The Indians worked with 108 Stitches, Napoli and Crowe to design the shirts, and they’ve been flying off the shelves since – over 9,000 shirts have been sold at the Progressive Field Team Shop and on www.108Stitches.com.
Napoli matched a portion of proceeds from T-shirt sales, and Crowe also made a donation, in addition to the Tribe and 108 Stitches’ donations.
