Just call him Cole Trickle. Straight out of 'Days Of Thunder', Kurt Busch will be driving a City Chevrolet paint scheme in Friday's Nationwide Series race at Daytona.
Said Busch, "I can’t wait to get out there, drop the hammer and maybe do a little rubbin.”
Even better ... Busch, crew chief Nick Harrison and Rick Hendrick put on their acting hats and performed a scene from the 1990 Tom Cruise flick. (Warning: Harrison does use the "s" word).
It's all for a good cause. Busch is raising awareness for the Armed Forces Foundation "Help Save Our Troops" campaign.
