How they voted: Badgers in 2014-15 AP basketball poll (Week 12)

Updated Mar. 4, 2020 4:51 p.m. ET

Thanks to Villanova losing, Wisconsin moved from No. 6 to No. 5 in the latest Associated Press top 25 poll.

To little surprise, most voters slotted the Badgers up one slot -- in fact 40 of them did just that.

A few left Wisconsin where they were and a handful also moved up the Badgers two slots.

But there are always the outliers, right?

First, John Feinstein, after weeks of ranking Wisconsin the lowest of any voter (17 and 15), now has the Badgers at No. 6.

Second, everyone has Wisconsin ranked in single digits except one -- Aaron Brenner, who for the third straight week as UW in double digits, although now at No. 10, two spots higher than last week. Maybe some anti-bias here as Brenner went to Wisconsin.

Finally, certainly no one moved Wisconsin down this week, right? Looking at you Dick Vitale, who dropped Wisconsin from 5 to 6 (for the record, his top five is Kentucky, Virginia, Gonzaga, Arizona and Duke.

OK, here's a look at this week's ballots along with a comparison from the previous two weeks:
