Hook's layup gives Oklahoma 63-60 win over NM

-- Morgan Hook made a go-ahead layup with 5.2 seconds left and No. 13 Oklahoma beat New Mexico 63-60 Sunday.

Hook hit a pair of free throws 3 seconds later after Danielle Robinson forced a turnover. She finished with 19 points and Robinson added 21 as the Sooners (9-1) survived despite shooting a season-low 37.2 percent from the field.

Jasmine Patterson scored 18 points to lead New Mexico (5-5) and Morgan Toben added 12 points.

Joanna McFarland had 13 rebounds for the Sooners and added nine points.

After back-to-back jump balls, New Mexico regained possession with 16 seconds left and a one-point lead. Lobos forward Jessica Kelpinkski missed the front end of a one-and-one to give Oklahoma a chance.
