High schooler faceplants on the ice after goalie delivers vicious hit

During a shootout at the Utah High School Hockey All-Star Game in Provo over the weekend, one skater unintentionally did a front flip after being taken out by the goalie.

Ouch. The shootout also produced some absolutely brilliant goals.
