Good times, horse racing ... until May
Palace Malice completed the Triple Crown of different winners for each Triple Crown horse race Saturday, holding off Preakness winner Oxbow and Kentucky Derby winner Orb to win the Belmont Stakes despite being a 15-1 longshot.
We already knew we'd go another year without a Triple Crown winner, which upsets us for some unclear reason. If you're younger than 35, you really have no cause to lose sleep over it. You have no idea what it feels like to have a Triple Crown winner in your life. Ask your dad.
Nevertheless, it's always fun to watch a horse race. So here you go:
