FOX Sports Arizona Girl Mallory backs Goldy on Busted Coverage

The 2011 Major League All-Star Game at Chase Field was one of Mallory's first assignments as a FOX Sports Arizona Girl and still holds a special place in her heart. So it follows that one of her current causes is doing everything she can to help Paul Goldschmidt get his place in the 2013 All-Star Game game in New York (#iBackGoldy).

Her cause -- and Goldschmidt's -- got an extra boost this week as Mallory was featured as Busted Coverage’s “FOX Sports Girl of the Week.”

Each week, Busted Coverage shines its spotlight on one of the FOX Sports Girls, and this week it's Mallory's turn. Run by the larger community Yardbarker, Busted Coverage is a blog that describes themselves as a “combination of the best sports stories, the hottest girls, crazy videos, and other pop culture.” And, man, do they run the gamut on these topics.

In the Q and A, Mallory reveals her crush on former Sun Devil basketball great James Harden, throws some love out to Sir Charles Barkley, offers some tips for getting the most out of a visit to Chase Field and talks about her fond memories of representing FOX Sports Arizona at the 2011 MLB All-Star Game.

Which brings us back to Goldy:

"It’s time to start paying attention – and time to start voting for him on your MLB All-Star Game ballot (#iBackGoldy by the way)! ... Goldy leaves everything he has out on the field — it’s inspiring and so, so fun to watch! We’ll never get tired of saying 'Goldy, Goldy, Gone.' ”
