PHOENIX - The Phoenix Suns announced Tuesday that all 82 regular season games will be televised locally by FOX Sports Arizona or FOX Sports Arizona Plus.

In addition to the local telecasts, the Suns will appear on national television five times: four on NBA TV and one on ESPN (Feb. 28 vs. New Orleans).

FOX Sports Arizona and FOX Sports Arizona Plus will combine to televise all 82 Suns games for the first time in team history, beginning with the club’s 2012 home opener on Wednesday, Oct. 30, against the Portland Trail Blazers. FOX Sports Arizona will feature both games against two-time defending NBA champion Miami Heat, as well as each highly anticipated matchup against Western Conference rivals Los Angeles Lakers and San Antonio Spurs. Each broadcast features a pre-game and halftime show, as well as a “Suns Live, presented by CenturyLink” postgame show immediately following the telecast, featuring game highlights and analysis.

FOX Sports Arizona broadcasts will be called by play-by-play announcer Steve Albert, who will work alongside color analyst Eddie Johnson. Ann Meyers Drysdale will fill in for Johnson to provide analysis for a select number of games. Tom Chambers and Tom Leander will handle pregame, halftime and postgame show duties.

Seventy-eight of the 82 games will be on FOX Sports Arizona, with four games in April carried by FOX Sports Arizona Plus. (Click here for channel listings for specific cable and satellite providers).

For the 46th-straight season, Suns fans can also tune-in to the team’s flagship radio station, Arizona Sports 620 (KTAR-AM), with the “Voice of the Suns” Al McCoy calling play-by-play action and Tim Kempton providing analysis. Arturo Ochoa and Ivan Valenzuela will broadcast all Suns regular-season games in Spanish on KSUN 1400 AM Spanish Radio.
