Here are my updated rankings for the Top 75 Wide Receivers in standard-scoring leagues, heading into the final week of the NFL preseason.

For the purposes of this exercise, let's assume, that Cleveland's Josh Gordon (NFL's leading receiver last year) and Jacksonville's Justin Blackmon (48 targets over four games in 2013) are given year-long drug suspensions by the NFL.
