I also feel like he didn't lie and deceive any more than Melky Cabrera, who created a website for a fake product and tried to convince MLB that it was what he took. What's fair? Perhaps, but if so, MLB/MLBPA should change the rules and make that so. Suspending Braun for 60 games and A-Rod for life - unless A-Rod *really* went beyond a reasonable level to impede the investigation (e.g., threatening someone) - then the double standard seems stupid to me.
