An ESPN producer was caught peering into a neighbor's window and masturbating while she was getting dressed, the Hartford Courant reported Wednesday.
Police say Neil Goldberg, 52, a producer for ESPN's motorsports coverage, turned himself in Tuesday. He was arrested on a warrant charging him with public indecency, simple trespass, disorderly conduct and breach of peace, the report said.
The incident happened last month in the complex where he lives, a police lieutenant said Wednesday.
A woman told police she saw a man standing on a stool and masturbating while peering in a window, the report said. When the man saw the witness, he stopped and went back inside his home, she told police.
