England wins toss and bats against Pakistan in 4th test
LONDON (AP) England captain Alastair Cook won the toss and chose to bat in the fourth and final test against Pakistan at the Oval on Thursday.
Pakistan made two changes from the team which lost the third test by 141 runs and trails the series 2-1.
All-rounder Iftikhar Ahmed makes his test debut after Pakistan dropped out-of-form opening batsman Mohammad Hafeez, who scored only 102 runs in the last six test innings.
Left-arm fast bowler Wahab Riaz returns to the side after missing the third test and replaces injured Rahat Ali.
England kept faith in the same team which won at Edgbaston, meaning there's no room for spinner Adil Rashid.
