New Coach Andy Enfield's first USC men's basketball recruiting class is highlighted by point guard Jordan McLaughlin plus forwards Malik Price-Martin and center Jabari Craig.

Enfield said, "We are excited to sign three very talented players who will contribute to the future success of our program. All three players are exceptional athletes with various skills that will fit our system and improve our team.”

McLaughlin, a 6-foot point guard from Etiwanda High, is the star of the class. He led his team to a 28-3 record last year and the Southern Section 1AA championship while averaging 15.6 points a game. He is ranked by several publications as the sixth-best point guard prospect in the country.

"Jordan McLaughlin is a proven winnner and an elite point guard," Enfield said. "Jordan's explosiveness will help our team right away. He also has the ability to be a lock-down defender.”

Price-Martin, a 6-foot-9 forward from Opa Locka, Fla., averaged 17.2 points per game as a junior at Northeast High in Oakland Park, Fla. He is ranked as the No. 90 prospect in this year’s recruiting class by 247Sports and No. 99 by Rivals.com. Price-Martin is a versatile scorer with a good mid-range jumper and the ability to post up and run the court well for a player his size, Enfield said. He also has a 7-foot wingspan which allows him to be an excellent shot-blocker, Enfield said.

The 6-foot-10 Craig plays this season for Fishburne Military School in Virginia and averaged 8.5 points and 6.9 rebounds per game as a junior at Tucker High in Tucker, Ga. Craig is originally from Toronto, Canada. He is ranked No. 144 in his recruiting class.

Coveted Mater Dei prospect Stanley Johnson, whose name was chanted at the Galen Center on  Tuesday night, is supposed to announce his choice on an ESPNU television show Friday, according to his high school coach, Gary McKnight. Johnson has told his inner circle it will come down to USC, Kentucky or Arizona.
