KISSIMMEE, Fla. -- The Tigers haven't had to deal with many injuries this spring but that might have changed Wednesday.

Right-handed pitcher Eduardo Sanchez came on to start the bottom of the seventh against the Atlanta Braves, gave up a double to Ernesto Mejia and then came out.

"He hurt his elbow, elbow injury," Tigers manager Brad Ausmus said. "He's going to get tested (Thursday). We'll find out."

Blaine Hardy replaced Sanchez.
