BOSTON (AP) Daily fantasy sports website DraftKings is making its long delayed international push as its industry continues to face scrutiny in the U.S.

The Boston-based company said Friday it had officially launched its website in the United Kingdom. Regulators there granted DraftKings a gambling license in August.

The company had targeted a launch toward the end of 2015 but pushed that release to early this year, saying the product was still being worked on.

The company indicated the release was imminent in recent weeks, launching DraftKingsFC.com, a research website for players, and announcing partnerships with English Premier League clubs Arsenal, Liverpool and Watford.
