Darrelle Revis, Greg Schiano reportedly meet 'to clear air'

Each loss has come in the last 10 seconds of play and rumblings inside the locker room are reportedly just as discouraging. FOX Sports 1’s Mike Garafolo reported Sunday that Revis is upset with head coach Greg Schiano and his “rules are a little too strict for him.” Also, the amount of zone coverage being played isn’t sitting well with the veteran cornerback. The severity of the situation isn’t clear, but there is confirmation that a rift between the two existed. Revis and Schiano met for 15 minutes on Tuesday “to clear air,” according to NFL Media’s Andrea Kremer. It’s no secret that Schiano’s coaching style isn’t for everyone. Since he took over the job in 2012, rumors have swirled that his approach rubs players the wrong way. It’s critical to Schiano’s success in Tampa Bay that he has a voice in the locker room other than his which carries weight.
