Danica Patrick is the latest athlete to write a column for Derek Jeter's new website, ThePlayersTribune.com.

Patrick, who was also named a Senior Editor for the site, shares details about what it's like to date another race car driver. The opening to her piece, "Relationship Status: Normal-ish," is a story about her crashing into boyfriend Ricky Stenhouse Jr. at a race last month.

Later in the article, Patrick addresses critics who questioned her for dating another driver. "Everyone deserves to be happy, she wrote. "You don't get to choose what truly makes you happy, and we're not the first couple to navigate the workplace romance waters."
