The Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday announced instructions and policies for obtaining autographs from players, coaches and broadcasters during the four autograph sessions from 11:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday at D-backs FanFest at Chase Field.
Autograph session vouchers will go on sale at the Chase Field ticket office beginning at 8:30 a.m. for current season-ticket holders. Voucher sales for VIPs will begin at 9:30 a.m., or immediately following the completion of the season-ticket holder sales. Voucher sales for the general public will begin at 10:30 a.m., or immediately after the completion of the VIP sale.
All autograph vouchers are $5, with the proceeds of the sales going to the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation. Fans can purchase a maximum of one table per session and two vouchers per table for each turn in line. A combination of two Diamondbacks players, coaches or broadcasters will be available for each session, thus guaranteeing fans two autographs for each $5 session purchased.
The Diamondbacks will also have an area in left field at Chase Field for kids 12 and under to receive free autographs from players, coaches and broadcasters during four sessions from 11:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. Vouchers for each session will be distributed at random at the top of each hour from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Up to one parent can accompany each child in line.
Fans can enter the D-backs FanFest an hour earlier than the general public, beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, and have priority in purchasing autograph sessions by purchasing two Fresh Value Meals at participating Phoenix-area Subway locations. Fans who do so must bring their receipt to Gate A at Chase Field on Saturday to be admitted to the D-backs FanFest at 10 a.m. VIPs will also receive a wristband after showing proof of purchase that will allow them to receive the following perks at D-backs FanFest:
-- Priority in purchasing autograph sessions with D-backs players and coaches at the Chase Field ticket office.
-- Priority access at various interactive events throughout D-backs FanFest.
-- Voucher for a buy-one-get-one-free ticket offer for the Diamondbacks
