NEW YORK (AP) Crisolles raced to her first U.S. victory Friday in the $85,000 allowance feature for fillies and mares at Belmont Park.
The 4-year-old set the pace in the 1 3/8-mile race, beating Queen's Parade by a half-length. She had never run beyond 1 1/4 miles in her previous 11 races in the U.S. and France.
Joel Rosario guided Crisolles to her fourth win, coming in her third New York start for trainer Christophe Clement.
Crisolles paid $6.80, $3.50 and $2.40.
