GLENDALE, Ariz. -- The Phoenix Coyotes have signed forward Phil Lane to a three-year entry-level contract.
The 6-foot-3, 203 pound Lane, a second-round pick in the 2010 entry draft, had 15 goals, 26 assists and 94 penalty minues in 53 games with Brampton (OHL) in 2011-12. He is a 20-year-old native of Rochester, N.Y.
