Cowboys-Lions playoff game a hot ticket

Published Dec. 29, 2014 7:13 p.m. ET

Playoff fever for the Dallas Cowboys could end up costing fans where it hurts the most –€“ in the wallet.

According to tiqiq.com the first Dallas playoff game since 2009 is an extremely hot ticket, the hottest of any of the four wild-card round games.

The current average price for the game is $300.22, nearly $50 higher than a ticket for the Pittsburgh game against Baltimore ($251.01). Standing-room only tickets can still be had for $71 but if you want to sit down that's going to cost you at least $100.

If you want to sit in style though, it's going to cost you a lot more than a Ben Franklin. The most expensive seat currently listed for the game is more than $5,500. That seat is in Section 111, Row 17. If you want to shell out the really big bucks for a suite, there are some going for as much as $30,000. Of course that gets you 20 suite tickets.

What a bargain.
