Cowboys finalize plans to oppose Rams at training camp

IRVING, Texas -- The Cowboys have finalized plans to share training-camp practices against the St. Louis Rams this summer in Oxnard, Calif.

The Rams will engage Dallas in two days of practice, on Aug. 17 and Aug. 18. The workouts will be sandwiched in between the Cowboys' first two preseason games (at San Diego on Thursday, Aug. 13 and at San Francisco on Sunday, Aug. 23.)

The Cowboys have in previous years stayed in San Diego to practice against the Chargers. Last summer,  the Cowboys played host to the Oakland Raiders in workouts so eventful that they infamously required increased law-enforcement presence on the sidelines and in the stands.
