However, bettors will still have plenty of opportunities to find value in home underdogs like the Tigers were last week.

While the annual Red River Rivalry is technically a neutral site game played in Dallas, the Texas Longhorns have thrived as underdogs recently while playing the Oklahoma Sooners in their home state. But will the Longhorns be able to pull off an upset again at the Cotton Bowl?

Texas vs. Oklahoma (-10) (Sat, at 12 p.m. ET) - Matchup Report

These teams are both off to 2-2 starts, which has been disappointing to an Oklahoma team that had hoped to compete for a College Football Playoff berth again. The Sooners still got into the CFP field last year despite losing 24-17 to Texas and failing to cover the spread as 16.5-point favorites. In fact, the Longhorns have been double-digit dogs in each of the past three meetings, covering all three and winning twice. They will cover the number again in losing a close one.

Washington (-9) at Oregon (Sat, 7:30 p.m. ET) - Matchup Report

The Huskies (5-0) look to be the real deal after crushing the Stanford Cardinal 44-6 last Friday as 3.5-point home favorites. But Washington has lost 12 straight games at Oregon (2-3), going 0-11-1 ATS during that stretch. While the Ducks are not nearly as good right now, failing to cover a game this year at 0-4-1 ATS, they will stay close enough to at least beat the line this week.
