A creative Twitter user was selected to have his/her headline for Dayton's win over Stanford featured on the Dayton Daily News' website homepage.
"Tree down, three to go," a play on the Stanford Cardinal's "Tree" mascot, was submitted to the paper by @4THEST8, who follows 60 people, has nine followers and has an egg as his/her avatar.

Users submitted their headlines following Dayton's Sweet 16 win using the #DDNheadline.
The winning headline is definitely a good choice but we would be remiss not to recognize some of the other catchy ideas that didn't make the cut. Note that the use of the No. 8, for the Flyers' Elite Eight berth, was a popular ploy.
