Cavs announce plans for preseason games in Cincinnati, Columbus
LeBron James let the world know how important Northeast Ohio is to him this summer with his decision to return to Cleveland. This fall, James and the Cavaliers are hoping to share some of that love with the state's other two largest cities.
The Cavaliers announced Wednesday their "#AllForOhio" preseason tour, a two-game set that will see the team play host to the Indiana Pacers at the Cintas Center in Cincinnati on Oct. 15 and welcome the Chicago Bulls to Value City Arena in Columbus five days later.
The public sale for tickets to each game is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. Sept. 12 via Ticketmaster as well as at the box offices for both the Cintas Center and VCA. While general public tickets will be $15, students at Xavier and Ohio State can purchase them for $10.
Members of "Cavaliers Insiders" will be offered an opportunity to buy tickets at 10 a.m. Sept. 8. To register for Cavaliers Insider, visit www.nba.com/cavaliers/insider.
Per the team, the game presentation at both arenas will be similar to what fans find at Cavaliers home games at Quicken Loans Arena, and a Cavs Fan Fest will be held before both games. The fan fest will include live music, appearances from the Cavalier Girls dance team and Cavs Scream Team hip-hop dance troupe as well as other activities.
