The Carolina Panthers have a schedule that should also excite their optimistic fan base.
The defending Super Bowl champion New York Giants visit Charlotte, as do the Dallas Cowboys, and Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos. Carolina opens the season against division foes the first two weeks and the other in week four. A quick start by Cam Newton and company could lead to a big season.
