Cardinals' rookie free agents include Arizona's Baker, Alabama's Coker
TEMPE, Ariz. -- Former University of Arizona running back Jared Baker and Alabama quarterback Jake Coker are among 16 rookie free agents who have agreed to contracts with the Arizona Cardinals.
The 16 rookies include one quarterback, one running back, three wide receivers, one tight end, two tackles, three cornerbacks, one safety, one linebacker, one punter and two long snappers.
Baker (5-feet-8, 192 pounds) rushed for 798 yards and nine touchdowns as a senior for Arizona.
Coker (6-5, 232) began his career at Florida State and went 14-0 as a starter for Alabama's 2015 national championship team. He passed for 3,110 yards and 21 touchdowns for the season and a career-high 335 yards and two TDs in the National Championship Game victory over Clemson at University of Phoenix Stadium.

Safety Matthias Marley of Notre Dame
Punter Garrett Swanson of Fresno State.
Long snappers Kameron Canada of Portland State and Daniel Dillon of Campbell.
Beathard is the grandson of former Washington and San Diego general manager Bobby Beathard.
