Former Marquette forward Steve Novak is staying in Milwaukee.

The Milwaukee Bucks re-signed the 33-year-old veteran on Monday after Novak appeared in three games for the Bucks last season.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Bucks signed Novak on Feb. 22, but an MCL injury in his left knee made the former Golden Eagle's return to Wisconsin short-lived.

Novak was drafted 32nd overall by the Houston Rockets in the 2006 NBA Draft, and has averaged 4.7 points and 1.3 rebounds through 459 career games split between Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Net York, Toronto, Utah, Oklahoma City, Los Angles (Clippers) and Milwaukee.

Novak spent four seasons at Marquette after starring for Wisconsin's Brown Deer High School, averaging 12.4 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1 assist per game through 126 games for the Golden Eagles.
