Brother Pete wins feature at Del Mar

DEL MAR, Calif. (AP) Brother Pete rallied from last to win the $77,000 feature at Del Mar by a head in a three-horse blanket finish on Thursday, snapping a nine-race skid.
Ridden by Corey Nakatani, Brother Pete ran 1 3/8 miles on the turf in 2:14.80 and paid $14.40, $6.60 and $4.80.
The 4-year-old Florida-bred hadn't visited the winner's circle since earning his first victory 14 months ago at Betfair Hollywood Park.
Christopher Street returned $4 and $3.20, giving trainer John Sadler a 1-2 finish.

Bailoutbobby was another nose back in third and paid $4.60 to show.
